Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (5–7 business days)

  • International Shipping times vary depending on destination.

Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within USA. Estimated delivery times are listed above.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. THESILKCHIC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
