Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at cs@thesilkchic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at cs@thesilkchic.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
